Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager – HR Generalist is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process across the U.S. and Canada, supporting both corporate and retail functions. This role will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies leveraging multiple channels, including employee referrals, direct sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), campus recruiting, job fairs, and partnerships with agencies or vendors.
The Manager will guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle—making candidate recommendations, negotiating salaries, extending offers, and ensuring accurate candidate dispositioning—all while delivering a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
In addition to recruitment, this role plays a key part in strengthening the company’s talent pipeline and supporting broader HR initiatives, helping to attract, hire, and retain top talent in alignment with Breitling’s growth and culture goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment function for both corporate and retail roles across all business units.
- Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, recommendations, salary negotiation, and offer delivery.
- Serve as a consultative Talent Advisor to hiring managers, offering strategic guidance based on market insights and data.
- Develop job descriptions, interview strategies, and structured hiring plans in partnership with hiring managers.
- Oversee multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); maintain job postings, position requirements, and compliance.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with hiring managers and department leaders across the organization.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring alignment with company processes and timelines.
- Builds a strong diverse candidate pipeline and is involved with Breitling diversity initiatives.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to stakeholders, ensuring a transparent and seamless recruitment experience.
- Enhance hiring manager and candidate satisfaction through effective relationship-building and experience management.
- Represent Breitling at community events, universities, and professional networking groups to source talent and promote employer branding.
- Share competitive intelligence on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform hiring strategy.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Design, launch, and manage the company’s internship program to attract early-career talent.
- Travel to Breitling locations to support recruitment efforts, foster partnerships, and maintain strong local talent networks.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Oversee all aspects of onboarding to ensure a smooth, engaging, and positive transition for new hires joining Breitling.
- Manage pre-employment processes, including system setup, access provisioning, and facilitation of new hire orientations.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on offboarding activities, including coordinating employee terminations and conducting exit interviews.
Payroll and Time & Attendance
- Assist employees by entering missed punches when requested
- Review timesheet submissions and escalate discrepancies or concerns to the HR Manager.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records by documenting changes in personal or job-related information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding paid time off (PTO) policies and balances.
- Coordinate with an external payroll specialist to document and escalate pay-related adjustments, correct previous errors, and implement payroll changes to ensure accurate payroll processing.
HR Initiatives & Collaboration
- Assist in facilitating training and development workshops focused on talent acquisition best practices.
- Support employee experience initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and engagement.
- Collect, analyze, and report on recruitment and retention data to inform strategy and enhance employee engagement.

Education/Experience and Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruiting and progressive HR experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent computer software skills, including high-level proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience managing recruitment/career platforms.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Experience in working with retail teams
