Your personal data will be collected by Breitling SA, Léon Breitling-Strasse 2, 2540 Grenchen, Switzerland.
Breitling may transfer your data with its subsidiaries and its affiliated companies and its boutiques (Hereinafter “Breitling/ we/ us/ our”). This transfer is carried out according to the Breitling Interfirm Agreement based on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses. Your personal data will be made accessible within Breitling to relevant functions and departments on a need-to-know basis in order for them to consider your application.
Any international transfer of personal data will be performed in line with national and international legislations; in particular, where required by law, personal data will only be transferred to countries offering an adequate level of protection or on the basis of appropriate safeguard mechanisms, including, where legally required, on the basis of your consent.
The personal data we collect is used for recruitment purposes and consists of the data you provide us with in the application form or that you subsequently sent to us to be added to your application file e.g. work certificates sent via email. We will process your personal data as necessary to take steps prior to entering into a potential employment contract with you. We will always process your personal data in compliance with relevant national and international data protection legislation. After you submit your personal data via the form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging successful receipt of your application.
In general, we will retain the personal data you provide for a period of two years after closing of the position, after which you will receive an email requesting your consent to retain your personal data for a longer period in order to be able to consider your application for future related positions which we believe suit your profile or may be of your interest. This retention period may differ however, according to the legal requirements in your local jurisdiction. You have the right, at any time, to modify or withdraw your consent, if your application was not successful and you previously agreed to us retaining your data for future opportunities. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before your withdrawal.
You also have the right to request access to and rectify your personal data, to obtain the restriction of their processing, and to receive your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, all of which may be exercised by contacting our group Data Protection Officer at datprivacy@breitling.com, as well as the right to complain to a national supervisory authority at your normal place of residence.
