Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer (f/m/x)
Senior Salesforce Developer (f/m/x)

We are a dedicated Squad on a mission to reshape watchmaking, rooted in our legacy since 1884. With a passion for crafting timepieces that thrive across air, land, and sea, we bring together a unique fusion of casual elegance, sustainability, and inclusive luxury.

With 140 years of heritage and over 1,900 passionate individuals across 20 countries, we’re excited to continue our journey forward — and we’re now expanding our presence with a new Business Service Center in Warsaw, Poland, a key hub primarily for our growing Digital & Tech-squads.

We are offering a hybrid role, with visits to Warsaw office and on the basis of full-time job contract (Umowa o pracę).

Join our vibrant team in Warsaw as a Senior Salesforce Developer and be a part of something extraordinary!

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will serve as the technical engine of our Development Squad, ensuring that every line of code produced is a long-term asset. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming architectural designs into scalable, high-performance solutions while maintaining a "zero-compromise" standard for code quality and security. As senior individual contributor, you will drive sprint efficiency by providing technical clarity and ensuring seamless handoffs between Architecture, Business Analysts, and QA. You are expected to balance advanced programmatic development with a "Click before Code" philosophy, proactively identifying and refactoring technical debt to ensure the platform remains agile and performant as the business scales.

Your contribution:

  • You will build complex custom logic using Apex (Async, Batch, Service Layer patterns) and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • You will provide guidance to the development team through rigorous code reviews, ensuring adherence to enterprise patterns and DRY principles.
  • You will partner with the Solution Architect to validate technical feasibility and support the QA team in achieving 100% test coverage and "bug-free" delivery
  • You will execute secure, high-volume integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
  • You will manage version control (Git) and the deployment pipeline to ensure environment parity and stable production releases
  • You will perform deep-dive troubleshooting of governor limit issues, concurrency errors, and integration failures that require senior-level platform knowledge
  • You will provide guidance to junior/mid-level developers on advanced Apex patterns, debugging techniques, and Salesforce best practices

Do you think there is even more to discover in this role? You're right — apply today and learn more!

You will fit well to our squad if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including work on global orgs
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a similar field
  • You are experienced in Salesforce CRM development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
  • You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • You understand Salesforce Enterprise Patterns, Event-Driven Architecture (Platform Events), and REST/SOAP API development
  • You have experience working in a globally distributed team
  • You hold Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I; additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce JavaScript Developer I are an advantage
  • You have experience with CI/CD practices in Salesforce environments
  • Your understanding of how Salesforce integrates with Marketing Cloud or other advanced personalization engines is an advantage
  • You have experience managing high transaction volumes and complex customer data models
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and project management practices (is a plus)
  • You have strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with fluency in English
