With 140 years of heritage and over 1,900 passionate individuals across 20 countries, we’re excited to continue our journey forward — and we’re now expanding our presence with a new Business Service Center in Warsaw, Poland, a key hub primarily for our growing Digital & Tech-squads.

We are offering a hybrid role, with visits to Warsaw office and on the basis of full-time job contract.

As a Senior BI Engineer, you will inspire business growth by transforming complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions, and shaping the future of our organization with your expertise, creativity, and passion for analytics.

Your contribution:

  • You will design and implement Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on business requirements

  • You will connect to various data sources, including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud services like Azure, to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI

  • You will design and implement data models, including creating relationships, calculated columns, and measures, to support business requirements

  • You will create KPIs, calculated fields, and custom measures to support business analysis and decision-making

  • You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and data analysis needs and provide solutions using Power BI

  • You will develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports, ensuring that they are accurate, secure, and meet performance requirements

  • You will implement security measures, including role-based security, to protect sensitive data and ensure data privacy

  • You will monitor and maintain Power BI reports, fixing any issues that arise and ensuring that they are up to date with the latest data

  • You will provide training and support to end-users, helping them to effectively use Power BI for their reporting and analysis needs

  • You will stay current with new Power BI features and updates and recommend new techniques and best practices for using Power BI to improve the overall business intelligence solution

  • You will mentor Junior Power BI developers

You will fit well to our squad if: 

  • You have minimum 5 years of experience using Power BI, preferably in the retail or luxury watch industry

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field

  • You have deep understanding of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server, with the ability to create and publish reports, dashboards, and datasets

  • You are experienced in data modelling, creating relationships, calculated columns, and measures, and extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources

  • You have strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

  • You are familiar with Microsoft Azure, cloud services, Excel, SharePoint, and other related tools and platforms

  • You have a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and can design compelling, effective visualizations that communicate insights to stakeholders
