As a Senior Data & AI Architect, you drive the creation of a unified, scalable, and intelligent data ecosystem that transforms business strategy into measurable impact through advanced analytics and AI.
Your contribution:
- You will govern and optimize the data lake to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and performance
- You will enable AI/ML use cases by building ML-ready data pipelines and MLOps frameworks
- You will align architecture with business domains such as Sales, CRM, and Finance to deliver measurable value
- You will evolve the platform into a secure, compliant, and scalable data + AI ecosystem
- You will drive adoption and ROI from both BI initiatives (Power BI, executive dashboards) and AI projects

You will fit well to our squad if:

Minimum 10–12 years in data-related roles with 3–5 years in a Data/AI Architect position, designing enterprise-wide data architectures across ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce, and finance systems

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, translating business processes (Sales, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain) into data & AI use cases

Expertise in Data Lakes/Lakehouses, ETL/ELT & orchestration (Azure Databricks/Data Factory), SQL, data modeling, streaming/real-time processing, predictive analytics, and Generative AI

Experience in data governance, security, compliance, and metadata management, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality data & AI ecosystems

Leadership and mentoring skills, guiding data engineers, BI developers, and data scientists while promoting architectural best practices

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, fluent in English
