As a Security Operations Specialist in our Squad, you will be responsible for the operational management of cybersecurity across key processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining our security posture at an acceptable level of risk.
Your contribution:

You will manage security incidents and collaborate closely with the Security Operations Center, employees, and management.

You will manage vulnerabilities, including analysis and maintenance of security scans.

You will coordinate vulnerability remediation efforts with technical experts and system administrators.

You will plan security-related changes and liaise with country representatives.

You will oversee role modeling, implement access rights, and conduct reviews.

You will maintain and enforce data classification standards.

You will review the corporate directory to ensure compliance with internal policies.

You will manage privileged access controls and prepare security awareness campaigns.

You will develop, deliver, and maintain security awareness eLearning content and user records.

You will conduct phishing simulations and analyze results.

You will communicate security topics and updates to end users.

You will analyze and document data flows.

You will write security policies, procedures, and standards.

You will liaise with country representatives across subsidiaries.

You will conduct audits to ensure compliance.

You will fit well to our squad if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field
- You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- You have strong expertise in cybersecurity operations and best practices
- You have solid project management skills (preferred)
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders
- Experience in the luxury industry is considered a plus
- Security certifications such as GIAC, CEH, CISSP, or ISO 27001 are a plus
- You are fluent in English; French and/or German are an advantage
