We are offering a hybrid role, with visits to Warsaw office and on the basis of full-time job contract (Umowa o pracę).
Join our vibrant team in Warsaw as a SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Manager and be a part of something extraordinary!
Your contribution:
- You will design and maintain BDC/Datasphere data models, views and data products for ERP reporting
- You will build and optimize data flows from SAP and non SAP systems into BDC, ensuring quality and performance
- You will translate business reporting requirements into SAC stories, dashboards and analytical models
- You will manage and prioritize the ERP analytics backlog, coordinating with business and D&T stakeholders
- You will define and enforce data governance, security and access concepts in BDC
- You will train and support key users and IT colleagues in using BDC, Datasphere and SAC

You will fit well to our squad if:
- You have at least 8 years of experience with experience in Datasphere, SAC and HANA
- You have experience in working with Distributed & multi-cultural teams
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences or a similar field
- You have strong expertise in SAP processes and Reporting requirements
- You have experience in configuring BDC components like HANA cloud and BDC connect
- You have hands on skills in SQL/HANA modeling, semantic modeling and data integration.
- You have good understanding of data governance, security and authorization concepts
- You have experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design analytics solutions
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as the primary in house BDC expert, with fluency in English
- SAP certification will be an advantage
