We’re now expanding our presence with a new Business Service Center in Warsaw, Poland, a key hub primarily for our growing Digital & Tech-squads.
We are offering a hybrid role, with visits to Warsaw office and on the basis of full-time job contract.
Join our vibrant team in Warsaw as a Lead QA Engineer and be a part of something extraordinary!
The Lead QA Engineer will define and lead the quality strategy for Breitling’s global e-commerce platforms and digital commerce ecosystem.
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and quality of customer-facing e-commerce journeys, including browsing, search, product discovery, product detail pages, cart, checkout, payments, order creation, customer accounts, transactional emails, returns, and integrations with surrounding systems such as CMS, PIM, CRM, ERP, payment providers, fraud prevention, and order management.
A key part of the role is to drive the evolution of QA through AI-enabled testing strategies. This includes intelligent test generation, AI-assisted regression testing, self-healing automation, predictive defect analysis, test prioritization, and quality analytics to improve release confidence and reduce manual testing effort.
Your contribution:
-
You will lead the end-to-end QA strategy for global e-commerce platforms, covering frontend, backend, integrations, checkout, payments, order flows, product data, content, customer accounts, and transactional communications.
-
You will define and implement an AI-driven QA roadmap for e-commerce, including intelligent test case generation, AI-assisted regression, self-healing automation, predictive defect detection, and risk-based test prioritization.
-
You will establish an automation-first testing strategy for critical e-commerce journeys, with strong coverage across regression, integration, end-to-end, API, cross-browser, cross-device, and localization testing.
-
You will ensure robust test coverage for high-impact customer journeys such as homepage, navigation, search, PLP, PDP, cart, checkout, payment authorization, order confirmation, account creation, login, order history, returns, and transactional emails.
-
You will drive integration testing across key commerce systems, including CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, ERP, payment providers, fraud prevention tools, order management, tax, shipping, analytics, and customer data flows.
-
You will evaluate, select, and implement AI-powered QA tools that improve test creation, test maintenance, regression execution, defect detection, and reporting.
-
You will define QA standards, quality gates, release-readiness criteria, defect management practices, and reporting frameworks for e-commerce releases.
-
You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, architects, DevOps, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure test coverage is aligned with business priorities and technical risk.
-
You will own the defect lifecycle, including identification, logging, prioritization, root-cause analysis, retesting, trend analysis, and production leakage tracking.
-
You will use AI-supported analytics to identify high-risk areas, recurring defects, fragile journeys, test coverage gaps, and potential release risks.
-
You will support UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders, ensuring test scenarios are prioritized based on customer impact, revenue impact, operational risk, and release criticality.
-
You will monitor and report QA KPIs, including automation coverage, regression execution status, defect leakage, test stability, release readiness, failed tests, flaky tests, and production incidents.
-
You will mentor QA engineers and support the adoption of modern QA practices, automation engineering, AI-assisted testing, and risk-based testing.
-
You will continuously improve QA processes, tooling, and governance to increase speed, quality, and confidence across the e-commerce software delivery lifecycle.
