We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our global HR team and support SuccessFactors administration, HR data quality, reporting, and process coordination activities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, working closely with HR, Rewards, Payroll, and HRIS experts across multiple countries. You will contribute to real business projects and gain exposure to HR systems, analytics, organizational structures, and global HR operations.
Your contribution:
HR Systems & Data Management
- You will gain hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors within an international business environment,
- You will support the maintenance and validation of employee and organizational data within global HR systems,
- You will work with HR data, reporting, and analytics using Excel and other HR tools,
- You will help identify and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure high standards of data quality and accuracy,
- You will participate in organizational updates and HR process changes within HRIS platforms,
- You will contribute to the preparation of HR guidelines, process documentation, and user support materials.
HR Operations & Collaboration
- You will support key annual HR activities including performance and compensation review cycles,
- You will collaborate with HR stakeholders across different countries and business functions,
- You will contribute ideas for process improvements and smarter ways of working,
- You will support the team with reporting, presentations, and administrative coordination when required,
- You will ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive employee information.

You will fit well to our squad if:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,
- You have good English skills, both written and spoken,
- You possess strong Excel skills and enjoy working with data and analytics,
- You have strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail,
- You are interested in HR systems, HR analytics, and business processes,
- You have strong organizational and communication skills,
- You are able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities,
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn within a dynamic international environment.
