Joining Universal Genève at this stage means becoming part of a rare and defining relaunch, with the opportunity to help shape the Maison’s future.
 
As a Roadshow & Events Intern, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of Universal Genève’s roadshow program across key markets. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help bring the Maison to life on the ground, ensuring every detail contributes to a distinctive and elevated brand and client experience.
We are looking for someone available to join us within a month for at least 6 months 

 

Your craft:

  • You will support global roadshow planning and maintain the master calendar.
  • You will maintain the roadshow tracker, including status, owners, timelines and key milestones.
  • You will coordinate and follow up with local markets and HQ teams.
  • You will support product allocation and logistics follow-up, including shipments, hand-carry and Carnet requirements.
  • You will prepare roadshow briefing decks, management updates and action lists.
  • You will consolidate post-event commercial results and performance reporting.
  • You will support budget tracking, cost estimates and ROI / revenue-to-investment analysis.
  • You will manage event documentation, file organization and post-event archiving.
  • You will contribute to the development of standardized roadshow templates, tools and processes.
  • You will provide on-site support for selected roadshows when required.

 

What will make you successful

  • You are available to start within the next month and commit to a minimum six-month, full-time internship.
  • You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Business, Events, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in luxury, watchmaking, international markets and client experience.
  • You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple markets, stakeholders, timelines and priorities simultaneously.
  • You are proactive, hands-on and able to follow through on actions with limited supervision.
  • You communicate confidently and professionally across different functions, regions and markets, both internally and externally.
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal judgment, stakeholder sensitivity and emotional intelligence, and know how to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
  • You are diplomatic, culturally aware and comfortable navigating different working styles and seniority levels.
  • You are confident following up with stakeholders while maintaining positive and constructive relationships.
  • You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with trackers, data, presentations and reporting.
  • You are proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • You are flexible and comfortable with travel and on-site work during roadshows and events.
  • You are adaptable, resourceful and able to remain composed in a fast-paced and changing environment.
