Be part of the team behind one of the most prestigious events in the watch industry: Watches & Wonders Geneva 2027. As our Watches & Wonders Intern you will play an active role in bringing the event to life, from early planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-event wrap up. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in luxury event management while working alongside passionate teams and trusted partners. You will contribute to delivering an exceptional brand experience, learn how large-scale international trade fairs come together behind the scenes and make a real impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Your contribution:
- You will help coordinate one of the world's leading luxury watch trade fairs from planning to execution
- You will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling meetings and operational briefings
- You will manage day-to-day communication with suppliers (catering, agencies, production)
- You will support with the staff planning and accreditations
- You will coordinate catering and hospitality services to ensure exceptional guest experience
- You will organize host and hostess castings, selecting ambassadors who authentically represent the Breitling brand
- You will prepare operational guides, manuals and event documentation
- You will process invoices and support budget tracking in SAP
- You will support booth setup and be part of the on-site event team throughout Watches & Wonders
- You will tackle unexpected challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Planning & Admin:
- You will support the operational planning of Watches & Wonders Geneva 2027 (timelines, staffing, suppliers)
- You will coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- You will be responsible for internal and external staff booking planning; definition and organization of catering
- You will track invoices and budgets in SAP
- You will act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and Watches and Wonders organizers
On-Site Execution:
- You will support booth setup and daily event operations
- You will maintain high service and brand standards throughout the event
Documentation & Reporting:
- You will prepare operational manuals, briefings and daily event documents
- You will contribute to the post-event debrief by identifying learnings and opportunities for future editions

You will fit well to our squad if:
- You have proven experience in coordinating projects or working in fast-paced environments; first experience (internship or academic projects) in event management, business or hospitality is a plus
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Event Management or similar
- You are passionate about Breitling and the luxury industry
- You are able to manage multiple tasks effectively and stay well organized
- You are proactive, motivated, and enjoy working as part of a team
- You communicate clearly and pay attention to detail
- You are positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- You are eager to learn and take initiative
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have experience with SAP and/or reading floor plans (nice to have)
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. French or German is a valued asset
