We are a team of 6 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our Sales squad in Sydney! It’s more than a Sales Associate role, it’s a role in which you’ll have the opportunity to act as a brand ambassador, bridging the connection between the client and the brand. Representing Breitling as a Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional service throughout the entire customer journey—from the initial greeting to the final purchase. As a product and service expert, you are expected to consistently exceed customer expectations and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Your contribution:
- You will maintain ongoing client communication to foster long-term relationships
- You will consistently work to meet and exceed boutique sales goals and individual KPIs
- You will proactively identify and capitalize on sales opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- You will adhere to the established Breitling “Sales Techniques and Service” standards to ensure a consistent and elevated client experience
- You will cultivate in-depth knowledge of the product range, brand heritage, and company updates
- You will stay informed on current industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape
- You will make sure to uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, in alignment with Breitling’s dress code and behavioral standards
- You will actively support company initiatives, including product launches, customer experience enhancements, and sales campaigns
