We are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad!

It’s more than an internship role - it’s a mission in which you’ll have the opportunity to support the optimization of subcontracting and production processes through data-driven analysis and digital tools. Reporting to the Senior Manager Business performance & KPI you will develop a BI dashboard to monitor performance, analyze production flow and lead times, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance overall service levels within the supply chain.

 

Your contribution:

  • You will develop and implement a BI dashboard dedicated to subcontracting activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date performance monitoring.
  • You will measure real process lead times across key steps in the production flow to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • You will analyze and optimize batch sizes to improve production flow, minimize waiting times, and balance workload.
  • You will measure the service rate of work orders and identify root causes of delays or service gaps.
  • You will provide recommendations for reducing operational inefficiencies and improving productivity, based on data-driven insights.

You will fit well to our squad if: 

  • You are pursuing or have recently completed a Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or IT Management.
  • You have had a first experience or exposure to Project Management or Project Leadership activities.
  • You have a good understanding of Supply Chain and Production Planning fundamentals.
  • You are familiar with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
  • You enjoy working with data and have solid analytical and process modeling skills.
  • You have a basic understanding of key industrial performance indicators (such as lead time, service rate, or OEE).
  • You are comfortable communicating in both English and French.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • You may have (or are interested in obtaining) certifications such as Supply Chain Management (e.g. ASCM/APICS CPIM) or Project Management (e.g. PMI-PMP, Agile Scrum Master) — these will be considered a plus.
