We are currently looking for our next colleague to join our world leading After-Sales Service department. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be required to perform various technical operations within the repair process for all Breitling watches.
Your contribution:
- You will be responsible for dismantling, reassembly, and exchanging watch cases, bracelets, and worn or damaged components (seals, pushers, crowns, crystals, etc.).
- You will perform movement exchanges, dial & hands setting, and basic servicing for quartz and 3-hand movements, including de-casing and re-casing.
- You will carry out polishing, refinishing, water resistance testing, timing controls, regulation, and quality control of all components.
- You will use ERP systems correctly, following the repair process, and ensure designated service requirements are completed according to repair orders.
- You will conduct assigned tasks according to Breitling standards, company guidelines, lead time objectives, and individual productivity KPIs.
- You will respect company regulations and safety guidelines, while promoting Breitling values.
- You will perform any other duties as requested or instructed by the Workshop Supervisor.

You will fit well to our squad if you have:
- Previous experience within the watch industry or a related field. Note: Candidates with experience in a similar industry and a desire to work in watch servicing will be considered.
- Technician certification (or similar) is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge / interest in Swiss watchmaking.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- High levels of concentration.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage targets and deadlines.
