We are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for restoring and finishing watch cases, bracelets, and components to Breitling specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail and a deep understanding of materials, polishing techniques and surface finishing. You will work closely with watchmakers, technicians and quality control teams to ensure every timepiece meets the highest aesthetic and functional standards.
Your contribution:
- You will use specialized polishing tools, compounds, and equipment safely and effectively (polishing motors, lapping machines, ultrasonic / steam cleaners, etc.).
- You will restore finishes (high-polish, satin, matte, sandblasted, circular graining, etc.) according to factory specification.
- You will remove scratches, dents and blemishes while maintaining the integrity and original shape of components.
- You will disassemble and reassemble various components when required for polishing or refinishing.
- You will conduct final inspection of finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
- You will maintain a clean and safe work environment following company and industry safety guidelines.
- You will support any additional or substitute duties assigned to the Polisher after consultation.

- Strong understanding of surface finishing techniques and how they apply to various metals.
- Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and correct finishing imperfections.
- Familiarity with professional polishing equipment and compounds.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and manufacturer guidelines.
- High levels of concentration and attention to detail.
- Ability to sit or stand at a polishing bench for extended periods.
- Good eyesight and fine motor coordination.
- Ability to safely handle tools and equipment.
