We are a team of 7 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! You will work at Bahnhofstrasse. It’s more than a Sales Associate role, it’s a role in which you’ll have the opportunity to build and retain a loyal customer base by offering a superior customer service and experience.
Your contribution:
- You will act as a Breitling brand Ambassador responding and resolving customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner
- You will ensure boutique standards are consistently maintained with a focus on cleanliness and an appealing appearance
- You will capture meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and to personalize future opportunities
- You will attend ad-hoc client and company events
- You will extend product knowledge through proactive research and participate in trainings
- You will proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors
- You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements
- You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines
- You will maintain back of house stock storage organization

Your profile:
- You possess a solid experience (min. 3 years) in a similar role within watch industry (ideally) or within other domains like hospitality, fashion/apparel
- You hold a Retail Specialist formation diploma (Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ)
- You want to showcase your flair for building and developing relationships with Clients
- You can put forward you strong communication skills and capacity of understanding others' needs
- You search for a work environment where you can bring your Team Player mentality
- You are interested in and you are up to date with the luxury industry
- You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken), French skills will be a strong asset
