Process Optimization Intern (f/m/x) SAV - 6 month mission
Process Optimization Intern (f/m/x) SAV - 6 month mission

We are a dedicated Squad on a mission to redefine Swiss watchmaking, rooted in our legacy since 1884. Driven by innovation and precision we create timepieces that combine modern-retro design with casual, approachable, and sustainable luxury — powered by passionate teams around the world.

Join our vibrant team in Grenchen as a Process Optimization Intern - SAV and be part of something extraordinary!

At the crossroads of process, data and digital tools, this internship offers the opportunity to strengthen how the After-Sales Service organization operates, so that teams can rely on clear processes and on information they can trust, instead of spending time tracking it down.
Your mission will be to structure how new products are handed over to SAV, so that the organization is ready to support them as soon as they launch. In parallel, you will help SAV teams spend less time gathering data from scattered sources and more time using it, by building the reports that matter to them. Building on this work, you will also contribute to the wider initiatives run by the SAV.

Your contribution:

Structure the SAV onboarding of new products:

  • You map the end-to-end product release process from a SAV perspective, clarifying who does what, when, and with which information, from the initial product information available to the point at which SAV is fully equipped to support the product.
  • You define a RACI matrix for each step of the process, clarifying responsibilities and interactions between SAV and the other functions involved.
  • You formalize the target process and its governance, including validation points, escalation paths, and ownership, and support its deployment across the teams concerned.
  • You digitalize the process, replacing manual tracking and scattered spreadsheets with a single, shared source of information.

Consolidate SAV reporting from multiple data sources:

  • You identify recurring reports and decisions that require data from multiple disconnected sources, and quantify the time spent manually gathering information.
  • You define an approach to consolidating these data sources to enable report generation without repeated manual data collection.
  • You build the priority reports identified and hand them over to the teams who will use them.

Support the diverse SAV initiatives:

  • You contribute to other ongoing projects within the function, as needed, focusing on process mapping, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.

Do you think there is even more to discover in this role? You're right — apply today and learn more!

You will fit perfectly into our #Squad if:

  • You are pursuing a Master's degree from a top tier engineering or business school, in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related field.
  • You want to put forward you previous academic or internship experience in process improvement, business analysis, or digital transformation projects
  • You want to contribute with and develop your skills in process mapping and analysis.
  • You have project management skills, including scoping, planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • You have advanced Excel skills and you demonstrate strong data analysis capabilities and structured problem-solving skills.
  • You are familiar with lean and continuous improvement tools.
  • Your experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools will be considered as a plus (nice to have).
  • You are familiar with Jira or similar project management tools (nice to have).
  • You have experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar solutions (nice to have).
  • You are fluent in French and English both written and spoken.

We invite you to apply even if you do not meet all of these criteria.
