We are a team of 3 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our Global CRM Squad! It’s more than a CRM Manager role — it’s an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our VIP client strategy, client engagement, and CRM campaign effectiveness across markets. You will help strengthen relationships with our most valuable clients, drive data-driven clienteling initiatives, and ensure impactful CRM activations that support both client loyalty and business growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are open to regular travel between our offices in Zurich and Grenchen, as well as abroad, to engage with teams and stakeholders on-site.
Your contribution:
- You drive the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the VIP Client strategy across regions and channels, with the objective of increasing loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value.
- You define and execute initiatives to identify, convert, and nurture VIP clients, strengthening long-term relationships and elevating the overall client experience.
- You analyze client data and behavioral trends to identify opportunities, anticipate client needs, and determine targeted actions aimed at improving VIP acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- You monitor client trends and performance indicators to ensure the successful retention and development of high-value clients.
- You ensure strong data quality, governance, and compliance across CRM systems and processes.
- You develop and enhance tools, features, and processes that empower boutique teams to better manage client relationships and deliver personalized experiences.
- You collaborate closely with regional retail and marketing teams to train boutique staff, align on clienteling strategies, and drive adoption of CRM tools and best practices.

You will fit perfectly into our squad if:
- You bring solid experience in CRM operations, data-driven marketing, or digital transformation within luxury, retail, or consumer goods environments.
- You demonstrate proven experience in VIP client management, including defining and executing targeted VIP campaigns, strengthening client loyalty, and contributing to top-line growth.
- You bring strong knowledge of CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus) and Power BI, along with advanced Excel skills (formulas, automation, and data cleaning).
- You have solid experience leading cross-functional projects, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across IT, legal, retail, and marketing teams.
- You are detail-oriented, structured, and collaborative, with a strong passion for customer experience and retail excellence.
- You speak English fluently, and French is considered a plus.
- You are available to travel between our offices in Grenchen and Zurich and are flexible to travel internationally when required.
