Join our vibrant team in Zurich as a Brand Communication Specialist/Manager and be part of something extraordinary! You will lead the creative development and execution of global and local brand campaigns within the Campaign team, combining strategic creative thinking with disciplined execution. You will ensure all work translates into and reinforces the Brand Communication strategy across all touchpoints.

Your contribution:

  • You will define creative strategies that align with business goals, branding, and marketing objectives and execute the creative vision for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all channels (Print, POS, Social Media, E-commerce, Website)
  • You will develop clear campaign concepts and actionable creative briefs
  • You will lead end-to-end campaign development (product & talent) from creative concept through production, post-production, and deployment, ensuring excellence, timelines, and budget control
  • You will work closely with the Campaign Lead and Brand Communication Director to ensure campaign creative aligns with broader brand positioning and priorities
  • You will manage internal and external creative partners (agencies, photographers, directors, production teams)
  • You will create 360° campaign toolkits and guidelines across channels
  • You will monitor market, competitive, and cultural trends within the watch, fashion, and luxury industries to inform campaign development

You will fit well to our squad if you have: 

  • 7+ years experience in campaign and/or creative roles within luxury or lifestyle (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-visibility creative projects in matrix organizations
  • Strong track record in visual communication strategy and creative direction implementation
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and risk anticipation
  • Confident communication with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage
  • Strong visual sensibility with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and solid understanding of typography, photography, and design trends
