You will be based in Osaka, reporting to the Spare Parts Manager in Tokyo. More than just a logistics role, this is an opportunity to play an important part in Breitling's after-sales service by ensuring the smooth handling of repair items, efficient spare parts management, and accurate repair administration.
Working closely with your colleagues, you will contribute to delivering the high-quality service our customers and retail partners expect, while developing your skills through hands-on training and teamwork.
Main responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and check incoming watches and other items submitted for repair.
- Manage spare-parts stock, including issuance, ordering, receipt and replenishment.
- Assist with registering repair requests in the customer and repair management system as needed.
- Enter technicians’ diagnostic findings and prepare repair quotations.
- Complete post-repair system entries, issue invoices, and pack and prepare items for shipment.
- Order and manage supplies, and maintain an organized and efficient work area.
- Handle telephone inquiries from retail partners and product owners, as well as inquiry and quotation-response emails.
- Work as part of a team with shared responsibilities, supported by step-by-step guidance and training as you develop proficiency.
Your profile
- Basic data-entry skills in Word and Excel; familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
- Ability to write professional business emails and communicate courteously with external contacts by telephone.
- Collaborative, flexible and comfortable adapting to changes in workload and priorities.
- Careful, reliable and accountable when handling tasks that require accuracy.
Reporting line & location
Reports to the Spare Parts Manager based in Tokyo.
Work location: Osaka (potential relocation to Tokyo in the future).
