As Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing activities across India while ensuring strong brand visibility, impactful client engagement, and alignment with global strategies. You will play a key role in strengthening Breitling’s positioning within the local luxury landscape by creating meaningful brand experiences and driving innovative marketing initiatives.


Your contribution
Brand Strategy & Marketing Activation:

  • You will develop and execute the local marketing strategy in line with global objectives and brand guidelines,
  • You will oversee all marketing activities including Media, PR, Events, Communications, Visual Merchandising, and Partner Relations,
  • You will coordinate marketing campaigns alongside sales activities to ensure strong 360° launch activations,
  • You will create and implement impactful local campaigns following regional and global approval processes,
  • You will ensure consistency of brand image, messaging, and corporate identity across all touchpoints,
  • You will propose and activate innovative online, print, and out-of-home marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and visibility,
  • You will develop and manage the events calendar including boutique openings, product launches, SMART events, and client experiences,
  • You will identify and develop strategic partnerships and community collaborations aligned with Breitling’s core pillars.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • You will manage and align the marketing budget while ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI optimization,
  • You will work closely with local and global agencies to deliver impactful PR, media, and event activations,
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, and HQ teams to support commercial objectives and client development initiatives,
  • You will maintain effective internal communication while ensuring attention to detail, deadlines, and operational excellence,
  • You will analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation,
  • You will monitor and evaluate campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives.

You will fit well to our squad if:

  • You hold a university degree and have at least 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience in marketing management,
  • You have previous experience as a Marketing Manager within the luxury retail industry, ideally in watches, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands,
  • You are passionate, enthusiastic, and self-driven, with a genuine interest in luxury and watches,
  • You possess a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset,
  • You have strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills,
  • You have a strong creative outlook and the ability to translate ideas into impactful activations,
  • You can effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills,
  • You are experienced in managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships,
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
  • You thrive in dynamic and international luxury brand environments.
