As the Caribbean Area Manager, you will be the driving force behind Breitling’s regional growth and brand excellence. Your mission is to strengthen relationships with existing retailers and certified dealers while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions, training, and insights that elevate the Breitling brand across the Caribbean market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Breitling retailers and certified dealers.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategic goals.
- Ensure optimal product assortments and merchandising standards are maintained across all accounts.
- Secure premium in-store placements, including branded corners and shop-in-shop installations.
New Business Development
- Identify and engage prospective investors and retailers not yet affiliated with Breitling.
- Conduct market analysis to pinpoint high-potential locations and partners.
- Present compelling business cases and brand value propositions to onboard new accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate onboarding and ensure seamless integration.
Sales Enablement & Training
- Deliver tailored product presentations and training sessions to retail staff and partners.
- Educate clients on Breitling’s brand heritage, product features, and selling techniques.
- Support sell-through initiatives by equipping partners with tools and insights to drive performance.
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Collaborate with accounts to develop and execute co-op marketing plans aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
- Represent Breitling at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote brand visibility.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details, account history, and visit notes.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing account visits, business insights, competitive analysis, and action plans.
- Provide timely product quotations and ensure thorough follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Manage expense reports and adhere to budget guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, brand development, or territory sales management.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing high-value accounts.
Skills & Competencies
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail economics, profitability drivers, and strategic planning.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
- Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
