We are a team of five and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! You will be based at Breitling Boutique in London (Bond Street).
This is more than just a Boutique Manager role—it's an opportunity to inspire and nurture a culture of exceptional service, delivering world-class client experiences in a dynamic environment while strengthening client relationships.
Your main mission will be to lead and support all boutique activities to achieve business objectives.
Your Contribution:
- You will demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor, engaging with top clients to ensure the highest level of customer service and exceed mystery shop targets.
- You will be accountable for advancing meaningful CRM initiatives and proposing local events—through networking and product launches—that drive high client attendance and strong sales results.
- You will manage staff resources to effectively drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
- You will be in charge of performance and talent management activities, including conducting monthly coaching and appraisal meetings with the boutique team to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback.
- You will serve as the main Brand Ambassador, promoting brand awareness, overseeing store presence, and gathering valuable feedback through company events.
- You will be accountable for store operations activities, such as monitoring store expenses and maintaining the store’s operating budget.
- You will be responsible for executing weekly mini-audits and the annual stock inventory, investigating and reporting any variances.
- You will partner with Retail Operations and Human Resources Managers to implement company policies and procedures.
