As a Lead QA Engineer in our squad, you drive excellence and innovation across D2C platforms, leveraging AI-powered testing and your expertise to ensure seamless, world-class customer experiences.
Your contribution:

You will lead the QA function across Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiatives including CRM, clienteling tools, ecommerce websites, and digital platforms

You will define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, strategies, and best practices tailored to D2C environments

You will define and document a comprehensive AI-driven QA strategy incorporating intelligent test case generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect analysis
-
You will identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered QA tools to enhance automation, regression, and exploratory testing across D2C platforms
-
You will achieve 60–70% automation coverage of regression and integration testing using AI-enhanced frameworks to reduce manual effort
-
You will implement self-healing test frameworks and performance automation tests

You will collaborate with product managers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and seamless integration of D2C tools

You will identify, document, and track defects and manage defect resolution and retesting cycles

You will monitor and report QA metrics, providing transparency and accountability to stakeholders

You will mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement

You will stay up to date on industry trends, testing tools, and D2C best practices to continuously enhance QA effectiveness

You will fit well to our squad if:

You have 10+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a Lead QA role, preferably in D2C projects (CRM, clienteling, ecommerce, websites)

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, with professional QA certifications being a plus

You have strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance, and security testing

You are experienced with QA tools for test management and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail) and automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)

You have proven experience defining and implementing AI-driven QA strategies, including intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and predictive analytics

You understand CRM workflows, consumer journeys, personalization strategies, and omni-channel integrations

You demonstrate excellent ownership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
-
You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and have experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

You have exposure to international projects and the luxury/watch industry
-
You have a continuous learning mindset and stay up to date with emerging QA tools, automation frameworks, and D2C technologies
