At the crossroads of operations and data, this internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the structuring and transformation of Master Data within the Supply Chain. 

Your mission will be to support the definition and deployment of a robust data governance framework, ensuring the reliability, consistency, and performance of critical data. By strengthening data and process quality, and maintaining rigorous tracking of that quality, you will directly contribute to operational excellence and informed decision-making across the organization. 

 

Your contribution : 

 

  • Support the deployment of Master Data governance

- Contribute to the definition of data governance standards, roles, and processes 

- Support the formalization of data ownership and responsibilities (RACI) 

- Participate in the documentation of governance rules and guidelines 

- Contribute to the integration of PIM/IPB scope into the Master Data governance framework 

  • Analyze and optimize Master Data processes 

- Map existing data flows and validation workflows 

- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities 

- Propose and support the implementation of optimized processes 

  • Ensure Master Data quality and consistency 

- Define and monitor data quality KPIs 

- Support the implementation of data controls and validation rules 

- Participate in data cleansing and correction initiatives 

  • Develop data monitoring and reporting tools 

- Contribute to the development of dashboards (e.g., Power BI) as a data quality expert 

- Track data performance/ reliability and provide actionable insights 

- Develop a reporting dashboard tracking data quality KPIs (Power BI/ Excel)

You will fit perfectly into our squad if: 

  • You have previous academic or internship experience in data, supply chain, or process improvement is a plus 

  • You hold or are currently completing a Master’s degree from a top tier engineering school in Data, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 

  • You possess strong skills in Excel, Python, ERP systems, and data analysis

  • You are fluent in English and French
