The Finance Controlling Manager will be in charge of monitoring and following performance of manufacturing site (Chaux-de-Fonds) and its impact on group performance through reporting, KPIs and analysis. He/she will be the key contributor to the plant strategy by providing financial support and business analysis. He/she will drive the financial performance improvements across all operational areas including material spend, labor & overheads and working capital.

 

Your contribution :

  • Support to the Head of Operations Finance & Controlling and backup of the Manufacturing Controller 
  • Responsible for prioritization, coordination, and implementation of transformation initiatives with focus points on productivity and industrial P&L
  • Drive and coordinate various departments over budget process to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections
  • Analyze monthly variances and provide actionable insights for the manufacture and the group
  • Buildup, follow and analyze relevant Operations KPIs
  • Calculate savings and productivity gains realized on operational projects (VCP)
  • Drive automation and process improvements
  • Support on up-coming projects or the continuous improvement process

Your will perfectly fit into our team if :

  • You have ideally a master’s degree in finance or controlling
  • You have experience of working in a regional or global headquarters and across international affiliates
  • You have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance
  • You are ideally experienced within the FMCG, Lifestyle and/or Luxury industry combined with or audit company experience in the relevant industries
  • You have a good level of communication skills in English and French
  • You have ERP and Microsoft Office knowledge and you are up to date with technical financial knowledge (IFRS standards and accounting treatments)
