  • You regularly assess apprentices and interns according to academic and professional standards.
  • You support in-company trainers with administrative and pedagogical aspects of training.

  • You identify skills development needs and design training programs delivered both in person and online.
  • You develop, deploy and deliver learning content aligned with the training strategy and adapted to a global community.
  • You create and adapt technical watchmaking training programs based on operational needs and may deliver them when required.
  • You oversee planning, budgeting, and infrastructure-related projects linked to training.

You will thrive in our squad if:

  • You have solid experience in the watchmaking industry, ideally gained in a production environment.
  • You hold a Swiss CFC qualification in watchmaking operations and stand out for your team spirit, service mindset, strong listening skills, and ability to adapt and anticipate.
  • You bring significant experience in training, particularly in the watchmaking field.
  • You master watchmaking operations T0, T1, and T2, as well as mechanical watch assembly, casing, and regulation.
  • You have experience delivering training to both adults and teenagers and can adapt your teaching approach to different audiences.
  • You are comfortable facilitating training sessions for both small and large groups.
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility, with rigor and reliability.
  • You communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, learners, schools, and training partners.
  • You are proficient in standard IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You are available for occasional travel within Switzerland.
