We are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! It’s more than an HR Generalist role, it’s a role in which you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle, support our people, and contribute to an international and dynamic environment.
Your contribution:
- You manage the administrative aspects of the entire employee lifecycle (hire to retire), including contracts, changes, and exits.
- You maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data in the HRIS.
- You oversee operational absence management, including follow-up on medical certificates and coordination with APG and insurance providers, in collaboration with the HRBP when required.
- You manage family allowances, including applications, updates, and liaison with relevant authorities.
- You ensure the timely and accurate transmission of payroll variables to the payroll team.
- You lead onboarding sessions for new hires, including administrative orientation.
- You act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters.
- You support various HR projects.

You will fit perfectly into our team if:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Administration role.
- You have previous experience working in a large organization and/or an international environment.
- You have experience supporting multiple entities across various locations.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have a strong ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous environments, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- You are comfortable using HRIS systems and digital tools, including MS Office, Excel trackers, and Canva.
- You have knowledge of Mobatime and SuccessFactors, which is a strong asset.
