Join our vibrant team in Grenchen as a (Senior) Finance Business Partner [maternity cover] and be part of something extraordinary! This role will be a 12-months mission, starting ideally in February 2026.

Your Contribution:

  • You will act as the Financial Business Partner for the Aftersales (SAV) organization.
  • You will lead monthly closing activities and manage the Budget and Forecast process for the SAV function.
  • You will provide financial guidance, insights, and support to both HQ and local market SAV teams.
  • You will analyze and explain variances in SAV financial performance, ensuring clarity and business understanding.
  • You will drive global SAV inventory optimization, improving efficiency, transparency, and working capital performance.
  • You will enhance reporting quality, particularly around repair cost and revenue visibility.
  • You will execute and support financial actions and initiatives requested by management within the SAV business unit.

 

You will fit well to our squad if:

  • You bring strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing, ideally within an operations or aftersales environment.
  • You excel at analyzing financial performance, explaining variances, and translating data into clear and actionable business insights.
  • You have a solid understanding of inventory management, cost structures, and operational KPIs, and enjoy driving efficiency and transparency.
  • You’re comfortable partnering closely with cross-functional teams across HQ and local markets, influencing decisions with data-driven recommendations.
  • You take pride in improving reporting quality, streamlining processes, and elevating financial maturity across the organization.
  • You have a proactive mindset and can lead financial actions or initiatives required by management with ownership and autonomy.
  • You communicate clearly, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong sense of accountability.
