As a Product Manager SAP S4 HANA PTP, your main responsibility is to ensure that the company's Procurement (Purchase To Pay) processes run smoothly and efficiently through the use of the SAP S4 HANA system. To succeed, you should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations, as well as experience with the SAP S4 HANA system.
Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication (French is a must) and delivery excellence is crucial.

 

Your Contribution:
 

  • Solution design:
    • You will understand and challenge Manufacturing & procurement requirements and propose solutions based on S/4 standards & best practices. Act as the Gatekeeper of the solution design.
    • You will ensure the right solution configuration and specific developments only when required to match with business requirements

 

  • Solution Build:
    • You will organize and follow up the delivery of solution build done by our external partners, participate to some configuration and functional specification tasks, and ensure solution build quality. (quality review, unit tests) in collaboration with our solution architects & development lead
    • You will be staying up-to-date with the latest SAP S4 HANA updates and best practices.
    • You will own the solution documentation (configuration, Functional & technical documentation, WRICEF inventory)

 

  • Solution Tests:
    • You will design unit and integration test scenarios to validate the implemented functionalities, ensuring the proper integration with the other applications of the program.
    • You will collaborate with test teams to ensure compliance with business requirements.
    • You will support test preparation, test organisation, text execution & defect management
    • You will identify any regression risk & being able to execute regression tests (on demand)
    • You will own the test library, ensure the test library is up to date (scope coverage) & of quality.

 

  • Solution Integration:
    • You will ensure integration across our application landscape:  support integrated solution design, build & test.
    • You will participate in the design and implementation of interfaces and data exchanges between the different applications.

 

  • Transversal collaboration:
    • You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance and supply chain, to integrate manufacturing & procurement processes with other business processes and with other teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
    • You will work in integration with other IT teams (internal and external) in order to deliver a complete solution.
    • You will understand the requirements and communicate efficiently with the community of business users.

 

  • Data management:
    • You will ensure the quality and integrity of master data throughout the "Procure to Pay" and "Demand to Supply" processes.

 

  • Change Management:
    • You will support the business in the identification and supporting communication of organizational changes related to the transformation.
    • You will develop documentation for user support, implement training programs for end-users.

 

  • Solution Deployment:
    • You will support the preparation of solution deployment (cutover activities)

 

  • Handover to Support and continuous improvement:
    • You will organize & execute Knowledge transfer to Support teams.
    • You will supervise Support operations for PTP
    • You will identify recurring issues & propose enhancements, additional user trainings & procedures.

 

You will fit perfectly into our team if: 

 

  • You have previous experience as Business analyst in PTP SAP modules
  • You are collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end manufacturing & procurement solutions, including integrating points with finance, supply chain, and other business processes.
  • You are leading and supporting the testing and validation of the SAP S4 HANA system on manufacturing & procurement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • You are developing and maintaining documentation, such as functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals, to support manufacturing processes and the SAP S4 HANA system.
  • You have exposure to international and complex projects ideally in the luxury/watches industry
  • You have proven experience on SAP implementation and roll out.
  • You are able to work in a demanding context, in terms of quality and deadline.
  • You have good project management skills including working with user community and understanding their requirements, have great interpersonal and communication skills
  • You speak fluent English and French
