We are are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our Procurement squad! Your main mission will be to lead the procurement (sourcing and contract management) of all indirect goods and services. The Lead of Indirect Procurement expected to prioritize, plan and deliver the sourcing of goods and services within the Indirect spend category, focusing mainly on corporate and professional services such as marketing, IT /digital and HR as well and watchbox procurement activities. The Lead Indirect Procurement will also work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver consistently high-quality & on time products and services whilst minimizing the cost and risk to the business.
Your contribution:

You will build, lead, and support relationships with suppliers, internal business teams, and partners.

You will create and lead the commodity management process through negotiation and contract execution, KPI development and review, and ongoing supplier management.

You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the affiliated companies in the markets.

You will manage external service providers.

You will deliver commodity cost targets and/or manage costs and services.

You will ensure effective supply risk management.

You will provide spend forecasts.

You will contribute to VCP targets, i.e., identify areas of addressable spend to reduce costs.

You will maintain and verify the accuracy of all rebates, refunds, and variance accounts.

You will coach, teach, and train internal stakeholders.

You will fit perfectly into our Team if:
- You have at least 7 years of experience in Indirect and Direct Procurement, sourcing goods and services.
- You combine experience working in large, structured companies with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of smaller businesses.
- You hold a university degree with a focus on business administration or finance.
- You are able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and can effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the general public.
- You can put forward your excellent project management skills.
- You speak fluently English and French.
- You have a strong knowledge and experience of SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- You are willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time, if required.
