Join our vibrant team in Grenchen as a Junior Product Marketing Manager and be part of something extraordinary! You will lead the go-to-market activities for Local Editions & Corporate Deals (150+ projects per year) while supporting the Product Marketing team on daily tasks related to global products, including benchmarking, product briefs, and analytics.
Your contribution:
Product Marketing:
- You will support the Senior Product Manager in defining brand and product strategy
- You will proactively conduct and update competitive reviews, identifying key market trends
- You will initiate the creation process for upcoming product launches by preparing product briefs and ensuring smooth collaboration with the Product Department
- You will deliver regular product analytics to assess and refine the product strategy as needed
Special Editions:
- You will lead the go-to-market strategy for Local Editions (markets, corporate deals) by defining product briefs, establishing timelines, and coordinating all internal stakeholders until launch
- You will organize regular alignment meetings with markets regarding their Special Editions strategy
- You will prepare comprehensive 360° briefs for the creative team
- You will ensure all necessary processes and validations are completed (board approvals, partner input, legal review)
- You will maintain project documentation and product data within the PIM system
- You will collaborate with the Brand Communications team to manage asset creation and updates within the DAM image database

You will fit well to our squad if:
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within product management in the luxury or watchmaking industry
- You have profound knowledge of the watchmaking industry
- You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- You are highly organized, proactive, and flexible
- You have an excellent command of English and French (German is a strong advantage)
- You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- You have strong multi-project management abilities and you are a quick learner
- You have excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
- You have knowledge of SAP and experience working with Product Information Databases (PIM) (a plus)
- You are familiar with collaboration tools such as Jira, Teams, or Monday.com (a plus)
- You have an interest in aviation, automotive, sports, or fashion (a plus)
