Your future Team:
Reporting to International Sales Operations Team Lead, we are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad!
It’s more than an International Sales Coordinator role, it’s a role in which your mission will be to manage and optimize global sales operations by ensuring seamless order processing, market support, and efficient collaboration across teams to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Your contribution:

You will be the primary point of contact for all sales-related requests from international markets, providing timely and efficient administrative support

You will oversee and follow up on the sales portfolio across various international markets, ensuring smooth execution

You will be accountable for the end-to-end order process management, ensuring all customer requirements are met, orders are accurately inputted, and deliveries are completed on time

You will be dedicated do Special Sales Management: you will coordinate and oversee sales processes for employees, VIP clients, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to company guidelines

You will be responsible for processing and managing of credit notes, buy-backs, special orders, wish lists, exchange offers, and other sales-related adjustments in compliance with company policies

You will manage the sales initiatives through alternative distribution channels, optimizing performance and maintaining strong relationships with key partners

You will provide the linguistic support in drafting, translating, and managing professional correspondence in French and English, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate communication

You will fit perfectly into our team if:
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position within watch industry (ideally)
- You can put forward your solid experience in backoffice administration
- You have mastered Windows environment (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and others) and you have strong skills in SAP
- You speak English and French fluently
