We are a team of 8 and are looking for our next colleague! Reporting to the Lead of HR Operations & Services, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR administration, data management, and acting as the main point of contact for employee-related administrative matters.
This is more than an HR Specialist role—it is a position in which you will be responsible for learning and development, leading training initiatives, supervising apprentices and interns, coordinating with educational institutions, and supporting HR systems and processes.
Your contribution:
Supervision and Training
- You act as a trainer for commercial apprentices.
- You supervise, support, and evaluate apprentices and interns throughout their training.
- You maintain strong coordination with schools and training institutions.
- You participate in the selection and onboarding of apprentices and interns.
- You organize and deliver internal training sessions on selected topics.
HR Administration
- You manage the administrative and contractual aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- You ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of HR documents, including reviewing, updating, and harmonizing templates.
- You oversee day-to-day absenteeism management, including case handling and coordination with insurance providers.
- You act as the HR point of contact for employees on administrative matters.
HR Systems Management
- You manage and update employee data in HR systems.
- You ensure the quality, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data.
- You provide first-level user support and organize HRIS training sessions.

You will thrive in our squad if:
You have 2–3 years of experience in an HR role (HR Assistant, HR Generalist, or HR Specialist), ideally in an international environment.
- You have a formal education in Human Resources (Certificate, Federal Diploma, or Master’s degree) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- You possess solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance systems.
- You have experience in delivering internal training sessions and supporting the development of apprentices or interns, or a strong motivation to grow in this area.
- You are proactive, autonomous, and able to manage priorities effectively, even in fast-changing environments.
- You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- You communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, learners, schools, and training partners.
- You are interested in contributing to cross-functional HR projects.
- You are fluent in French and have a good command of English; strong German skills are a plus.
- You are proficient in standard IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
