The Advisor We Seek
As a Client Advisor (f/m/x) for our Geneva flagship, your focus is on actively identifying, engaging, and recruiting clients to generate qualitative high-value sales of our iconic timepieces. You will act as a primary driver of the boutique’s commercial success by weaving new high-net-worth collectors into the Universal Genève legacy and building a valuable personal book of business.
Your Craft
High-Value Sales & Client Recruitment
- You will drive the acquisition of new ultra-high-net-worth clients by leveraging your network and executing highly targeted outreach strategies.
- You will consistently close high-value distance sales, converting international prospects into collectors of our iconic timepieces.
- You will build a robust personal client book and actively prospect fresh profiles to expand the Maison’s exclusive circle.
- Every remote interaction, whether by phone, email, or digital appointment, must reflect the warmth and precision of the physical boutique experience.
The Bespoke Client Journey
- You will design a seamlessly tailored experience by anticipating the unique desires of each client.
- You will execute the selling ceremony the UG way, threading the Maison's heritage and craftsmanship into every step of the client journey to naturally guide each collector toward their acquisition.
- Your hospitality approach must adapt to each individual so that every gesture feels measured and entirely bespoke.
- You will proactively resolve any service friction and turn potential challenges into an opportunity.
- You will cultivate long-term loyalty by creating unique moments and personalized follow-ups that resonate directly with the clients.
Brand Ambassadorship
- You will represent our core values and act as a dedicated ambassador for the Maison both inside the boutique and at external networking events.
- You will share your passion for our watches and the brand's history with local and international clients.
- You will master our collections and brand history, while staying up to date with industry news and the competitive landscape.
- You will actively support and participate in boutique events, private viewings, and client entertainment to generate new sales opportunities.
CRM & Operational Precision
- You will leverage your CRM data to proactively generate new sales opportunities, identify up-selling moments, and maximize the commercial value of every client relationship.
- You will capture meaningful details from your interactions to build an authentic, long-term understanding of each client's journey with the Maison.
- You will partner closely with the Head of Retail Excellence & Conciergerie to coordinate secure global deliveries for remote purchases.
- You will analyze your personal sales metrics proactively to refine your recruitment strategies and consistently exceed ambitious commercial targets.
What Will Make You Successful
- You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on remote clienteling or high-value fine watchmaking.
- You demonstrate a strong aptitude for active client recruitment, with the entrepreneurial drive and capability to build a high-net-worth client portfolio from scratch.
- You are results-oriented, with the tenacity and elegance to close high-ticket sales entirely through distance selling.
- You are a dynamic, passionate, and self-driven Salesperson who wants to become an ambassador for our prestigious Maison.
- You are a collaborative team player who balances personal sales targets with the overall success of the boutique.
- You are solution-oriented, using all available tools to resolve issues with diplomacy.
- You are completely fluent in French and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You possess a profound passion for watchmaking and a natural alignment with the elegant, precise standards of a true Couturier.
