[Universal Genève] CRM & Client Engagement Intern (f/m/x)
[Universal Genève] CRM & Client Engagement Intern (f/m/x)

Founded in 1894, Universal Genève is an iconic Swiss watchmaking Maison celebrated for its rich heritage and timeless elegance. Known as the “Couturier de la Montre”, the Maison unites technical excellence with refined design, crafting timepieces with the same precision, creativity, and attention to detail as a couture creation.

Today, Universal Genève enters a new chapter. Its revival is shaped by exceptional timepieces and a commitment to offering a client journey that is seamless, personal, and elevated.

As we build the next chapter of Universal Genève, CRM and CX play an important role in connecting our teams and supporting our boutiques in building meaningful and lasting relationships with customers.

Based in Meyrin you will join our team and gain hands-on experience in CRM, Project management, and Client experience within a growing Swiss luxury Maison. The role will also include occasional visits to our Zurich and Grenchen offices or abroad, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues across our different locations.

We are looking for someone who is available to start within the next month for a 6 to 12-month, full-time internship.

For those ready to build a legacy

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, market and boutique teams, helping ensure that our tools and processes support them effectively in creating impactful engagement with customers.

You bring energy, optimism and a strong sense of organization to everything you do. Deeply attentive to the client experience and inspired by the world of luxury, you embrace the entrepreneurial spirit of a growing Maison and move with ease in a demanding, international environment.

Role overview

This includes working with CRM data, supporting the implementation and optimisation of tools, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating tasks, and following up with stakeholders to ensure projects and actions move forward.

At the same time, you will develop an understanding of our boutiques and the needs of our client-facing teams.
