Role overview

The Boutique Concierge (f/m/x) is responsible for orchestrating the client experience, both in preparation and in real time. This role is centered on hospitality, coordination, and execution—ensuring that every interaction, from boutique visits to deliveries and reveals, is seamless, refined, and memorable. You operate both in front of and behind the scenes, ensuring that each moment feels effortless to the client while being precisely prepared and controlled.


Your craft:

Boutique experience & ceremony

  • Work closely with Client Advisors and Boutique Management to ensure a refined and seamless client experience
  • Support and elevate all boutique visits and private appointments
  • Prepare and execute client ceremonies, including boutique pickups:
    • Coordination of light hospitality rituals (coffee, champagne, refreshments)
    • Ensuring branded packaging and presentation meets the highest standards
    • Creating the right atmosphere for each moment (ambiance, setup, flow)


Appointment orchestration

  • Own the end-to-end preparation of appointments, ensuring readiness across all elements
  • Act as a facilitator during client visits, supporting flow, timing, and comfort
  • Operate flexibly between client-facing hosting and behind-the-scenes execution
  • Support the organization of special moments, such as:
    • Private salon presentations
    • Intimate gatherings or small client experiences
    • In-boutique or offsite curated interactions (e.g., hotel, residence, or private setting)


Deliveries, reveals & client moments

  • Coordinate and execute high-touch delivery experiences, including:
    • Boutique pickups with ceremony
    • Private handovers in boutique salons or external locations
    • In-person deliveries (home, office, or hotel) within the same city, acting as a true representative of the Maison—not a courier
  • Support virtual reveal experiences, including:
    • Booking and coordinating reveal slots
    • Preparing the piece (visual presentation, photography if required)
    • Facilitating live video interactions with the client
  • Contribute to thoughtful final touches, such as handwritten notes and personalized details


Omnichannel hosting & coordination

  • Handle boutique calls, emails, and requests relayed by the central concierge team
  • Maintain continuity between remote interactions and in-boutique experiences
  • Act as a key relay between clients, boutique teams, HQ, and central conciergerie operations
  • Ensure each interaction remains consistent, informed, and aligned across all touchpoints


Concierge services & client facilitation

  • Assist clients with lifestyle and logistical arrangements, enhancing their overall experience
  • Provide curated recommendations and coordinate requests as needed
  • Support travel-related arrangements, particularly for clients visiting Geneva
  • For high-value clients, collaborate behind the scenes to ensure a fully coordinated and effortless journey


Events & roadshow support

  • Provide select support to traveling teams and roadshows, ensuring consistency of experience standards
  • Assist with preparation and execution of client-facing moments outside the boutique when required


What will make you successful

  • Background in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end client experience roles
  • Ideally educated in a recognized hospitality school
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in a premium environment
  • Native level of English and French, any additional language (e.g. German) is a plus
  • Strong sense of hospitality, anticipation, and discretion
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Comfortable managing both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes responsibilities
  • A natural ability to create memorable, refined client moments
