We are a team of 4 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! You will work at New Yorkstraat. It’s more than an Events and Trade Marketer role, it’s a role in which you’ll be responsible for our weekly events and activations in boutiques, partner stores across the Netherlands, with a special focus on Amsterdam and The Hague.
Your main mission will be to ensure all events are timely, on-brand, and well-organized, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. You'll seamlessly collaborate with internal teams, retail partners, and external suppliers, turning every opportunity into a success. Your approach will ensure that Breitling remains not only visible but also top of mind in the Dutch retail market.
Your contribution:
- You will be a project lead for internal and external national events (weekly retail events, employee events, boutique openings, product launches, exhibitions, sponsoring events, VIP support, etc.) in the phases of planning, organization, implementation and follow-up, including success control and budget responsibility for the respective projects
- You will closely cooperate with all departments including daily contact with our boutique staff as well as external partners and agencies
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks involving events such as budgetting, reporting, invitations, presentations and social media coverage

- You have a proven track record in successfully organizing events
- You bring valuable experience and insights from the luxury industry or high-end retail environments
- You possess a strong affinity for retail and understand its unique dynamics
- You demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and responsibly
- You have solid experience in conceptual work and project management, paired with resilience and a proactive mindset
- You are highly customer-oriented, performance-driven, and think and act in an interdisciplinary and solution-focused manner
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel weekly to Amsterdam, The Hague, and other retail partners across the Netherlands
- You are a reliable, flexible, and loyal team player who thrives in collaborative environments
