Your main mission will be Client and Business Development as well as Team Management and Reporting.

Your contribution:

•    You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly motivated team
•    You will build, develop and retain a loyal clientele by leveraging all customer relationship tools (CRM tool: Salesforce)
•    You will be part of the sales team on the floor, delivering exceptional service to each client and contributing to the monthly targets while building long term relationships
•    You will support in executing smart boutique events in an inclusive atmosphere
•    You will identify areas of improvement by understanding customer needs, and following market trends
•    You will guarantee an impeccable after sales service in line with company standards
•    You will support with the boutique's cash management processes and maintain strict compliance with company policies and procedures to safeguard financial accuracy and security,
•    You will translate business goals into achievable team and individual targets,
•    You will assess and monitor the daily performance,
•    You will support with monitoring sales trends of allocated products through tools, timeframes, and methods defined by management
•    You will assist the boutique manager in developing the team performance through coaching and mentoring

You will fit well to our squad if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in high-end watchmaking or fine jewelry,
  • You have a deep understanding of luxury clienteling, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers,
  • You have experience in team leadership, motivating and developing sales associates to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service,
  • You are skilled in boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and after-sales service coordination,
  • You have a strong commercial mindset, able to analyze sales KPIs, optimize performance, and contribute to strategic planning in line with brand values,
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
