Your future Team:

 

We are a Team of 6 Breitling e-Boutique Client Advisors reporting to the e-Boutique Client Advisor Team Lead.

Currently, we are looking for our next Colleague who will join and enhance our multilingual Squad in Lijnden (Amsterdam), Netherlands with excellent German and English skills. It's more than an e-Boutique Client Advisor role, it's a role in which you will be a key player in building strong and lasting relationships with our Customers and you will create with us stories that will become priceless memories. 

 

 

Your contribution:

  • Your mission will be to assist clients in online purchases journey
  • You will handle inbound calls and live chats and provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via e-mail
  • As a Clients' Relations Ambassador, you will identify customers’ needs, clarify needed information liaising between Client and other internal teams in order to deliver first call resolution
  • You will consistently seek new product knowledge; act as an expert on the brand and its products, including the attributes of each timepiece
  • You will aim to meet personal and team qualitative & quantitative targets
  • You will be in charge of building sustainable relationships and of engaging customers by taking the extra mile

You will fit perfectly into our Team if:

 

  • You speak German and English fluently
  • Your knowledge of any additional language, especially French, Italian or Spanish will be a strong plus
  • You are passionate about luxury environments 
  • You possess at least first experience in a contact/customer service/retail/hospitality environment or an equivalent combination of education from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
  • You can put forward a high level of maturity, poise, sound business judgment, and change management to work with luxury and exceptionally demanding clients
  • You are a fast learner – you will need to absorb extensive information on our brand’s history, and products. You will learn and use multiple applications and systems
  • You can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with active listening
  • You have strong developed Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • You are a reliable, flexible and loyal team player
