Your contribution:

  • You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly motivated team 
  • You will build, develop and retain a loyal clientele by leveraging all customer relationship tools (CRM tool: Salesforce) 
  • You will support in executing smart boutique events in an inclusive atmosphere 
  • You will identify areas of improvement by understanding customer needs, and following market trends 
  • You will guarantee an impeccable after sales service in line with company standards 
  • You will translate business goals into achievable team and individual targets
  • You will assess and monitor the daily performance
  • You will support with monitoring sales trends of allocated products through tools, timeframes, and methods defined by management
  •  You will be managing the team performance through coaching and mentoring

You will fit well to our squad if:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or manager role, preferably in high-end watchmaking or fine jewelry
  • You have a deep understanding of luxury clienteling, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • You have experience in team leadership, motivating and developing sales associates to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
  • You are skilled in boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and aftersales service coordination
  • You have a strong commercial mindset, able to analyze sales KPIs, optimize performance, and contribute to strategic planning in line with brand values
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
