Join our vibrant team in Lijnden as an After Sales Specialist and be part of something extraordinary! In this position, you will have a central role towards all repair flow and customer communication for the servicing of all Breitling models. Main objective is to guard the process flow and communicate with stakeholders.
Your contribution:
- You will provide customer service
- You will register incoming watches
- You will communicate via email and phone with dealers and customers
- You will handle administrative flows
- You will send price estimates
- You will invoice repairs
- You will work with multiple systems and processes
- You will execute service policies
- You will support technical questions
- You will support dealers and customers
