It’s more than an internship role - it’s a mission in which you’ll have the opportunity to play an active role in improving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by supporting production planning and driving data-based decisions. Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Performance & KPI, you will help align demand, capacity, and inventory goals, monitor supplier performance, and contribute to forecasting and process optimization. Through your analytical mindset and collaboration skills, you will help boost efficiency, reliability, and agility across the Supply Chain.
Your contribution:
- You will support mid- and long-term production planning activities to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and inventory objectives across the Supply Chain.
- You will monitor supplier delivery performance and reliability, identify root causes of delays, and propose concrete action plans to enhance on-time delivery.
- You will develop and implement data-driven forecasting and predictive models to improve material availability and delivery accuracy.
- You will benchmark and deploy best practices in Sales & Operations Planning to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- You will map and optimize planning workflows by proposing automation and system improvements to increase efficiency and agility.

You wil fit well into our squad if:
- You are pursuing or recently completed a Master’s in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or IT Management.
- You have some first-hand experience in Project Management or leadership activities.
- You understand Supply Chain and Production Planning fundamentals.
- You enjoy working with data and have skills in analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
- You are familiar with AI applications or programming languages like Python.
- You are analytical, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
- You communicate effectively in English and French and enjoy collaborating across teams.
- You are proactive, hands-on, and motivated to deliver real business value.
